Two tigers running in water

Whether you are a keeper entering data on the go, or a registrar overseeing institutional data quality, these sessions will provide practical ZIMS guidance you can apply straight away. Both sessions will also have time for Q+A to answer any questions you might have about mobile Data Entry, Daily Activity, and Provisional.

Webinar 1: Mobile Data Entry and Provisional in ZIMS + Q&A

24 June | 3pm CEST / 8am CDT

This webinar will walk through using the Data Entry mobile workflow, showing how keepers can enter data on individual animals, groups, and enclosures from their mobile devices while going about their daily work. The webinar will cover the various record types available in Data Entry, including animal and clinical notes, census records, identifiers, length, weight and body condition score, and enclosure maintenance. The session will also share what the experience looks like for provisional users.

Webinar 2: Daily Activity and Provisional + Q&A

8 July | 3pm CEST / 8am CDT

This webinar will cover using Daily Activity, which gives users a quick and easy way to access recent and historical animal and enclosure data. Attendees will learn how to review data entry at your institution using the Daily Activity report, and how to set up and monitor provisional data entry.

Both webinars will be recorded for those who are not able to attend live.
