On 8 July, Species360 hosted a free ZIMS training webinar covering the Daily Activity report and Provisional, and the recording is now available to watch.Â
The webinar provided a helpful overview of the new, mobile-optimized Daily Activity report in the Species360 Zoological Information Management System (ZIMS). Species360 Member Training Specialist Sarah Lavin walked through how to review core animal data effectively in Daily Activity, and how to review and approve Provisional records in ZIMS so that new information can be processed quickly, reviewed efficiently, and approved with confidence.
The Species360 team highlighted recent improvements in ZIMS and practical workflows that save time and showed how provisional records appear in reports. The session ended with a Q&A section which went deeper into specific examples.Â
