Now that regional associations are done migrating, we are focused on migrating member institution studbooks. Our goal is to migrate all member institution studbooks to ZIMS by end of 2021.
Species360 releases ZIMS for Studbooks global search tool -- allowing associations, species survival programs, zoos, and aquariums to identify studbooks and managers supporting collaborative breeding programs.
As a global community, we are now managing over 1,060 studbooks using ZIMS for Studbooks. The transition to an integrated, secure, standardized solution helps to improve access to information that is critical to managing populations, their genetics and welfare, now and in the future.
