As a Member Support Advocate, Erika directly supports more than 270 association and institutional members, including regional associations World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA), European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA), Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), Zoo and Aquarium Association - Australasia (ZAA), and more. In 2021, Erika handled nearly 1,800 questions and help requests from our members.
