ZIMS at Work: Managing diverse species and habitats with the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland
To learn more about managing such a diverse collection across multiple sites, we spoke with RZSS Curator Jo Elliott and Senior Veterinary Surgeon Dr. Adam Naylor. Turtle and Tortoise Study Coverage Goes Global
From Costa Rica to Papua New Guinea, Species360 members have been featured in more than 100 news articles this summer - in national, regional, and local news and via their own newsletters and blogs. The topic: the role of each institution in recording and sharing data used to study aging in species. These articles are the result of a press release reporting Species360 members' part in research conducted by the Conservation Science Alliance and published in Science magazine.

As a member of the Species360 community for over 35 years, Bristol Zoological Society is already using ZIMS – the Zoological Information Management System used by the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA), the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA), and other zoo and aquarium associations worldwide – to streamline the way that information is recorded and applied throughout the organisation.
