Species360 is excited to announce a brand-new online course, ZIMS for Aquarists and Keepers, available on The Nature Conservancy Conservation Training website.
Earlier this quarter, Species360 introduced new enhancements to ZIMS for Husbandry and Aquatics. Here is a look at four recent updates and what they mean for thousands of zoo and aquarium staff that use ZIMS every day. Each of these changes was made in response to requests from Species360 members.

University of Chicago researchers will use data aggregated across global populations of animals to study immunology in species of mammals. In particular, they will look at baseline neutrophil concentrations published in the Species360 Zoological Information Management System (ZIMS) to summarize order-level parameter values that approximate the magnitude of constitutive immunity across diverse mammalian taxa.
