Species360 Welcomes Director of Product Management

Species360 is pleased to welcome Cameron Gross as our new Director of Product Management. 

Cameron started on October 23 and will be responsible for leading the product team and guiding member value on our ZIMS platform. He will define product strategy and the roadmap process, focusing on continually evolving and updating ZIMS to meet member needs, together with the product team. 

Cameron brings over 14 years of product experience to the role. He originally started in sales, marketing, and business development before evolving into entrepreneurship and technology leadership. He has had numerous experiences collaborating with teams to deliver new digital products and strives to make a difference through process improvement.

Most recently, he has been providing product leadership support to a former colleague who started BackpackEMR – an offline electronic health records platform for remote communities – and has also started exploring how artificial intelligence impacts product management practices with monthly Meetups.

“From past experience, I know that working on mission-driven products fills my cup. Getting to play a role at Species360 provides me an opportunity to have a global impact with a brilliant team of passionate leaders,” says Cameron Gross. “I feel so fortunate to be working on this mission with everyone.”
