Helping members worldwide: Species360 Member Support team exceeds goals!

When you have questions about ZIMS, Species360 support representatives are here to answer them. Most have worked in aquariums and zoos – as curators, aquarists, zoo keepers, and more – and their goal is to help make your job easier. To help achieve this, the team monitors its performance.

So, how did we do this month? Take a look!

The Species360 member support and training team had a great February: 9 out of 10 inquiries were resolved in the first response; 100% of all issues were resolved well, say members; and we came very close to achieving a perfect 5 satisfaction rating!
