COVID Response: Supporting members working remotely

As COVID-19 caused the first rounds of closures, our member registrars and animal care teams began to do more work remotely and in shifts. During this time, Species360 member support team also moved to remote work – and did not lose a single day providing 24-hour support to our members. The team worked to respond quickly and fully to help answer questions and provide help when members needed it most. Thanks to all – the team and our members – for keeping the good work happening on behalf of all that depend upon you.

We want to give a shout out to the Species360 Member Support team for outstanding results! Together, the team responded to 818 member inquiries this month, with 97 percent of members saying they were happy with the resolution. Overall, the team earned a 4.9 (out of 5) satisfaction rating — all while working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.
